Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. Upon arrival, please inspect merchandise for damage AND contact us within 7 days of delivery if any damage occurred to item(s).

Returns will only be accepted on orders received damaged during shipping. Retain the box, packing material and items inside. Return in its natural state. All items must be unworn and unwashed with/in original packaging and tags. Once received the product(s) will be inspected to determine defectiveness. If the product is indeed defective, store credit will be given. Please note color variations of the hair are not valid reasons to request a return.
